Hora Latina

I’m getting used to the hora Latina again. Mexicans are always late to social engagements, which is something I can deal with. I show up late, too, but it's almost always well before my friends arrive. As I get to know them better, I can better gauge what time to show up. For instance, I've got one friends who always at least 35 minutes late but rarely more than 45. You can almost set your watch by his tardiness. But generally I just bring the paper or my notebook to pass the time waiting.
